In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Access to and use of the olo44 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on an ongoing basis for as long as you maintain an Account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. olo44 strictly enforces this requirement. Providing false age information during registration is a serious violation of this Agreement and may constitute fraud under applicable law. olo44 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. olo44 is designed and operated specifically for the Indonesian market. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. You must not be under guardianship, conservatorship, or any other legal restriction that would limit your capacity to contract.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended olo44 Account. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account. Attempts to create multiple accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any Funds held therein.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other voluntary or mandatory restriction that would prevent you from participating in gambling activities.
• Prohibited Persons: Employees of olo44, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, game providers, and payment processors, as well as immediate family members of such employees, are not eligible to hold Player Accounts or participate in promotional offers.

To access the full range of olo44 services — including placing bets, depositing funds, and claiming bonuses — you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

3.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, valid email address, and a chosen username and password. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information whenever any detail changes.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

olo44 is required to verify the identity of Players prior to processing withdrawal requests and at any other time deemed necessary for compliance with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Indonesian government-issued identity document (KTP or passport) and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. olo44 targets completion of standard KYC reviews within 24 hours of document submission during business days (WIB).

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform, regardless of device, email address, IP address, or payment method used. Where olo44 identifies multiple Accounts held by the same individual, all duplicate Accounts will be closed immediately. Funds held in duplicate Accounts will be reviewed and may be forfeited if the multi-account creation was undertaken to gain a financial or promotional advantage.

3.4 Account Accuracy

You represent and warrant that all information provided at registration and during subsequent Account updates is truthful and accurate. olo44 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where it reasonably suspects that registration information is false, misleading, or provided in bad faith, and to withhold any Funds pending investigation into such irregularities.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your olo44 username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) credentials associated with your Account. The following obligations apply:

• You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances, including family members or friends.
• You must not allow any other person to access the Platform using your Account, whether for betting purposes or otherwise.
• You must notify olo44 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation by contacting support via live chat or email at [email protected].
• olo44 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account, which can be configured from the Account Security section of your dashboard.
• You are liable for all activity conducted through your Account credentials, whether authorised by you or not, until such time as olo44 receives written notification of unauthorised access and acts upon it.

olo44 employs 256-bit TLS encryption, anomalous session detection, rate-limited login attempts, and hashed password storage to protect Account security at the platform level. These measures complement but do not replace your individual responsibility for credential security.

All deposits to your olo44 Account are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). olo44 supports deposits via the following local payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

5.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for fully verified Accounts. Unverified Accounts may be subject to lower transaction limits pending completion of the KYC process.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are credited to your Account in real time or within a few minutes of payment confirmation from your bank or e-wallet provider. olo44 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank maintenance windows, or network disruptions on the Indonesian banking infrastructure. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, contact support via live chat for immediate investigation.

5.3 Deposit Source

You confirm that all funds deposited into your olo44 Account are lawfully obtained and belong to you. You must not deposit funds on behalf of any third party. olo44 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of deposited funds as part of its AML compliance obligations, and to freeze or return funds where their legitimate origin cannot be established.

5.4 No Deposit Fee

olo44 does not charge a deposit fee on standard local bank transfers or e-wallet transactions. Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside olo44's control and are your responsibility.

olo44 is committed to fast, frictionless withdrawals for all verified Players. The following terms govern the withdrawal process:

6.1 Withdrawal Speed

Withdrawal requests from fully verified Accounts are processed automatically and typically settled to the destination bank account or e-wallet within under three minutes. This applies to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Settlement times may be marginally longer during peak banking system maintenance windows or Indonesian public holidays, but olo44's withdrawal infrastructure operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

6.2 Withdrawal Requirements

• You must have completed the KYC identity verification process before your first withdrawal request can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your olo44 Account registration details. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Active Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal until the wagering requirement is satisfied in full.

6.3 No Withdrawal Fee

olo44 does not charge a fee on standard withdrawal transactions to Indonesian local banks or e-wallets. Any fees levied by your receiving bank or e-wallet provider are outside olo44's control.

6.4 Withdrawal Holds

olo44 reserves the right to delay or hold a withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to conduct an AML review, a KYC verification check, or an investigation into suspected Prohibited Conduct. In such cases, olo44 will notify the Player of the hold and its reason within 24 hours, and will target resolution within five business days.

olo44 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian holidays and sporting events. The following terms apply to all promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

7.1 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before any portion of the bonus balance or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds for sports bets, and time limit are disclosed on the individual promotion page before a Player opts in. olo44 does not retroactively impose wagering conditions not displayed at the time of opt-in.

7.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to verified Players who have accepted the specific promotion's terms and conditions voluntarily. Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. olo44 reserves the right to withdraw a promotion or decline a Player's participation if evidence of bonus abuse is detected.

7.3 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings

Where a maximum withdrawal limit applies to winnings generated from a bonus, this limit will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms before acceptance. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum withdrawal limit will be forfeited automatically upon withdrawal processing.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed bonuses and bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements within the stated promotional period will expire and be removed from the Player's Account automatically. olo44 does not extend bonus expiry dates except at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

7.5 Promotional Abuse

Any Player found to be exploiting promotional offers through low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies, multi-accounting, collusion, or any other method designed to extract value from bonuses without genuine recreational play intent will have their bonus balance forfeited, their Account reviewed, and potentially terminated under Clause 9 and Clause 13 of this Agreement.

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed through the olo44 Platform, including sportsbook bets, live betting, casino games, and crash games. Product-specific rules for individual games and markets are published within each product section of the Platform.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by olo44. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number. olo44 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on incorrectly priced markets, markets affected by technical errors, or markets where olo44 suspects irregular betting activity.

8.2 Odds and Prices

olo44 uses decimal odds format as the default display. Odds are subject to change prior to bet placement confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation are locked in for that wager. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are subject to the standard accumulator rules published in the Sportsbook section.

8.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or manifest pricing error that results in an incorrectly settled bet, olo44 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's Account. This applies to both over-priced and under-priced markets. olo44 will not honour bets placed on clearly erroneous odds or game outcomes generated by a technical fault.

8.4 Void Bets

Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, event postponement beyond the applicable settlement window, verified technical fault, or discovery of Prohibited Conduct by the Player. Voided bets return the original stake to the Player's Account and do not count toward bonus wagering requirements.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the olo44 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Multi-accounting: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one olo44 Account, regardless of the name, email address, device, or payment method used.
• Identity fraud: Providing false identification documents, registering using another person's identity, or misrepresenting any personal information during registration or KYC.
• Bonus abuse: Using systematic low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies designed primarily to satisfy bonus wagering requirements without genuine recreational play intent, as determined by olo44's risk management systems.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players, whether through shared information or chip-dumping strategies in poker or table games, to gain an unfair advantage over olo44 or other Players.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, predictive software, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not consistent with genuine human play.
• Exploiting errors: Deliberately exploiting a known technical error, software bug, or pricing anomaly on the Platform for financial gain rather than reporting it to olo44 support.
• Money laundering: Using the olo44 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Underage registration: Registering an Account on behalf of or for use by a person under the age of 21, or facilitating access to the Platform by a minor in any way.

olo44 is committed to providing a safe, controlled, and enjoyable betting environment for all Players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be viewed as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all olo44 Account holders directly from the Account Dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Changes to deposit limits that decrease the limit take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks. During this period, you cannot log in, deposit, or bet. This can be activated immediately from your Account Dashboard without contacting support.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent self-exclusion that removes access to your Account indefinitely. olo44 will also block associated payment methods and devices to prevent re-registration. Contact support at [email protected] to initiate permanent self-exclusion.

All content on the olo44 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the overall compilation and arrangement of the Platform — is the property of olo44 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational betting purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content; use any data mining, scraping, or extraction tools on the Platform; frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos displayed on the Platform are registered or unregistered marks of olo44 or third-party partners. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right to use any such marks without the express prior written consent of the relevant owner.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, olo44 excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• Losses resulting from a third-party payment processor delay, bank downtime, or failure of the Indonesian banking infrastructure;
• Losses resulting from interruption to or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical fault, cyber-attack, or force majeure event;
• Losses resulting from your use of the Platform in breach of this Agreement or in violation of applicable law;
• Indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any nature.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, olo44's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under this Agreement is limited to the total amount of real-money Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits olo44's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the associated Account at any time.

13.1 Termination by You

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting olo44 support via live chat or email. Before closing your Account, any remaining real-money Funds balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and satisfaction of applicable bonus wagering conditions.

13.2 Termination by olo44

olo44 may suspend or permanently close your Account with immediate effect and without prior notice where: you have engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 9; you have breached any material provision of this Agreement; olo44 is required to do so for compliance with a legal obligation, regulatory directive, or court order; or olo44 reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity in connection with your Account.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Where termination is due to Prohibited Conduct, olo44 reserves the right to forfeit any Funds held in the Account. Where termination is at olo44's initiative for non-conduct-related reasons, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to you after deduction of any amounts owed to olo44.

olo44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to the Agreement, olo44 will notify registered Players by email to their registered address and/or by a prominent notice displayed on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing terms that do not alter your rights or obligations, and updates required to comply with applicable law — may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.1.

This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which olo44 holds its international operating licence. olo44 operates as a licensed and internationally regulated online gaming platform. 15.1 Complaints Process

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the olo44 Platform — including a disputed bet settlement, a payment processing issue, or a concern about account management — you should contact the olo44 support team in the first instance via live chat or email at [email protected]. olo44 targets resolution of all formal complaints within five business days of receipt and will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.

15.2 Arbitration

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process within 30 calendar days of first notification, both parties agree that the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitral institution specified in olo44's licence terms. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

15.3 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never formed part of the Agreement.
